My wife and I visited Barbados for the very first time this year. Having not ever been there before, I was not familiar with any of the car rental agencies. I selected Top Class Car Rentals, probably because of the name. From my very first communication with them until the day I turned the car in, they were very professional and very accommodating. I am a businessman in the United States and I am very conscious of service oriented people. Top Class Car Rentals apparently pride themselves with this service. We returned to Barbados again about two months later, and I e-mailed them the information from the previous visit. Once again, they were very accommodating and the entire process was very simple. My car was delivered to the hotel at the time I had requested. The cars are new and very well taken care of. By accident, I had left the lights on overnight and I called them to report the problem. Within 20 minutes they were there at the hotel putting a new battery in the car. I will always use Top Class Car Rentals and recommend them to anyone I know traveling to Barbados. Thank you.

I have tried numerous car rental firms in Barbados but some didn't have the car I wanted or availability I finally tracked a company down that had the car that I needed 'Top Class Rentals'. They meet me at the airport and the hand over only takes about 10 minutes which means no time wasting for a taxi or other transport to take me to my destination.

Over the past 15 years I have been visiting Barbados with family and friends from New York. We love exploring the islands secluded surf spots and wonderful sites. We always use Top Class for our rental needs. The service is fantastic and the choice of autos is more than enough. One of the best features of Top Class is they meet you right at the BGI airport, holding up a sign with your name and a warm smile on their faces. When leaving you simply drop the car back at the airport! If you choose, they will deliver the car to your hotel anywhere on the island! We can be a bit demanding from NY, but the mutual respect we have with the Bajans and Top Class has made every trip wonderful.
